Complete project cost breakdowns are effortlessly produced and provided to the customer • Detailed project planning and scheduling developed by project managers certified in CPM project scheduling - all schedule activities are cost loaded with project values and updated with each projects progress • All project supervisors are OSHA 30 / USACE CQM certified and thoroughly trained in schedule maintenance insuring that the project schedule is maintained in the field • Weekly progress meetings with project management to track and maintain scheduling as well as field performance • Comprehensive safety and quality control plans include; site meeting at the beginning of each definable phase of work with the project management staff and trades-men executing the work. Ongoing inspections throughout the project duration to in-sure safety, superior quality and compliance to project specifications • Comprehensive computerized submittal procurement and tracking procedures for all agencies and divisions dramatically reduces submittal turnaround time
